Submenu "AP Location"

На странице The "AP location" представлены локации, имеющиеся в конфигурации. В таблице содержатся основные настройки для каждой локации page shows the locations available in the configuration. The table contains the basic settings for each location.

Для редактирования существующей локации нажмите на ее название в списке. Настройка локации разделена на несколько шагов, выполнять шаги можно в произвольном порядке.

Image Removed

В заводской конфигурации создана локация с названием "default-location" со следующими настройкамиTo edit an existing location, click on its name in the list. Configuring a location is divided into several steps, the steps can be performed in any order.

Image Added

In the factory configuration, a location named "default-location" is created with the following settings:

• Description: default-location
• Tunnelling Client Traffic: enabled
• AP Settings: default-ap
• SSID profiles: default-ssid profile with Enterprise authorisation on local RADIUS server
• Radio Profiles: default_2g and default_5g
• Airtune Profiles: default_airtune
• AP Networks: AP of any subnet will be configured according to the settings of that location.

Local Settings

Данный шаг содержит общие настройки для локацииThis step contains the location general settings: 

• Description – описание для локации. Возможные значения: строка до 255 символов. Значение по умолчанию: отсутствует;
  
• Timezone – часовой пояс для выбранной локации. Оптимизация Airtune и обновление по расписанию ТД будут запускаться с учетом часового пояса. Возможные значения: от -12 до +12. Значение по умолчанию: часовой пояс установлен из конфигурации устройства.
• tunneling Client Traffic – данный параметр позволяет включить режим работы с использованием туннелей SoftGRE Data для ТД находящихся в этой локации. Возможные значения: включено/отключено. Значение по умолчанию: отключено.

AP Networks

• location description. Possible values: string of up to 255 characters. By default: none;
  
• Timezone – timezone for the selected location. Airtune optimization and AP schedule updates will be triggered based on the timezone. Possible values: from -12 to +12. By default: timezone is set from the device configuration.
• tunneling Client Traffic – parameter allows enabling SoftGRE Data tunneling mode for AP which are in this location. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled.

AP Networks

This section allows defining the subnets of the AP that will be configured according to the rules of this location. To create a new subnet, use the button "Create Network".

• Name – название подсети. По умолчанию название генерируется автоматически, при необходимости его можно изменить – subnet name. By default, the name is generated automatically and can be changed if necessary;
• AP Network – подсеть ТД, параметр является обязательным. Если адрес точки доступа принадлежит указанной подсети, то точка доступа при регистрации попадет в данную локацию и будет сконфигурирована согласно набору включенных в локацию профилей конфигурации. Одна и та же подсеть не может быть настроена для разных локаций. Использование подсети AP subnet, obligatory parameter. If the address of AP belongs to the specified subnet, AP during registration will enter this location and will be configured according to the set of configuration profiles included in the location. The same subnet cannot be configured for different locations. Using the 0.0.0.0/0 позволяет добавить в данную локацию точки доступа из любой подсети.0/0 subnet allows APs from any subnet to be added to the location;
• Description – описание для подсетиsubnet description.

AP Settings

На данном шаге в локацию добавляется профиль с настройками ТД. Наличие данного профиля в локации является обязательным. Для добавления существующего профиля в локацию используется переключатель "Attach".

На странице в таблице представлены основные настройки каждого профиля. Полные настройки профиля содержат:

A profile with AP settings is added to the location. The presence of this profile in the location is obligatory. To add an existing profile to the location use “Attach”.

• Settings for access services of the AP (HTTP/HTTPS/SSH/Telnet/SNMP)

If necessary, you can edit an existing profile by clicking on its name or create a new one. The creation procedure and description of parameters are available in the menu «Профили/Настройки ТД».

SSID Profiles

SSID -профиль может быть добавлен в локацию. Для этого используется переключатель profile can be added into a location. To do that use "Attach".

Основные настройки профиля SSID представленные в таблицеSSID profile main settings include:

• Name SSID
• Status SSID
• Security Mode
• Band
• VLAN ID

При необходимости можно отредактировать существующий профиль, нажав на его название, или создать новый. Процедура создания и описание параметров доступны в меню «If necessary, you can edit an existing profile by clicking on its name or create a new one. The creation procedure and description of parameters are available in the menu «Профили/SSID профили».

Wireless Settings

Для добавления в локацию радиопрофилей и airtune-профилей используются переключатели To add radio profiles and airtune profiles to the location use "Attach".

Наличие в локации радиопрофилей для каждого диапазона является обязательным. Наличие airtune-профиля указывает на то, что некоторые параметры радиоинтерфейсов точек доступа в данной локации будут находиться под управлением airtune (если airtune также включен глобально на странице «Общие настройки»). Соответственно, когда airtune включен в локации, менять параметры, связанные с мощностью и радиоканалами в радиопрофилях этой локации нецелесообразно, т.к. они не будут применены на точки доступа потому, что эти параметры автоматически настраиваются через airtune. При необходимости изменить ширину канала или список каналов для автовыбора на точках доступа, необходимо сначала отключить airtune, применить изменения, а затем снова включить airtune для автоматического управления каналами в соответствии с новыми настройками.

При необходимости можно отредактировать любой существующий профиль, нажав на его название, или создать новый. Процедура создания радиопрофилей и описание параметров  доступно в меню «Профили/Радиопрофили». Процедура создания aitune профилей и описание параметров доступны в меню «The presence of radio profiles for each band in the location is obligatory. The presence of an airtune profile indicates that some of the AP radio interface parameters in the location will be controlled by airtune (if airtune is also enabled globally on the "General Settings" page). Accordingly, when airtune is enabled in a location, there is no use to change parameters related to power and radio channels in the radio profiles of that location, as they will not be applied to the APs because these parameters are automatically configured through airtune. If you want to change the channel width or channel list for auto-selection on the APs, you must first disable airtune, apply the changes, and then re-enable airtune to automatically manage the channels according to the new settings.

If necessary, you can edit an existing profile by clicking on its name or create a new one. The radio creation procedure and description of parameters are available in the menu «Профили/Радиопрофили». The airtune profiles creation procedure and description of parameters are available in the menu «Профили/Airtune профили».

Для создания нового SSID-профиля используйте кнопку To create a new SSID profile, use the "Create Profile" . Откроется окно с предложением создать профиль со стандартными настройками и сгенерированным названием, которое можно изменить самостоятельно. После нажатия кнопки «Сохранить» откроется страница профиля для настройки параметров. При необходимости отмены создания нового профиля, используйте кнопку "Cancel"button. A window with a task to create a profile with standard settings and a generated name (which can be changed) will be opened. After clicking the “Save” button, the profile page will open for customizing the settings. If you need to cancel the creation of a new profile, use the “Cancel” button.

Common Settings

Раздел содержит следующие параметрыThe page includes the following parameters:

• DescriptionDescription – описание для SSID -профиляprofile description. Possible values: строка до 255 символов. by string up to 255 characters. By default: отсутствуетnone;
• Enable SSID – переключатель, который позволяет включить и выключить SSID-профильswitch for eanbling/disabling SSID profile. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled.
  

  Если профиль включен, то в таблице профилей в столбце "Status" отображается его наглядное цветовое обозначение:The color indication is displayed for profile status: 

  •  – SSID profile is enabled
  •  – SSID profile is disabled

• SSID – название беспроводной сети, которая будет вещаться пользователям. Названия, содержащие пробел, необходимо заключать в кавычки. Возможные значения: строка до 32 символов. Значение по умолчанию: отсутствует.
  

  Примечание
  Является обязательным параметром при создании SSID-профиля.

  Security Mode – определяет тип шифрования данных, используемый на виртуальной точке доступа

• WPA Key – ключ для подключения к SSID, используется при выборе режима безопасности PSK. Ключ может быть задан как в открытом виде, так и в виде хеш – key for connecting to SSID, used when PSK security mode is selected. The key can be specified either in plaintext or as a hash sha512. By default: отсутствует none.
  Possible values:
  
  • если выбран формат ключа Clear-Text – ключ задаётся строкой от 8 до 63 символов
  • если выбран формат ключа Encrypted – задается хеш ключа по алгоритму sha512 строкой от 16 до 126 символов
  Иконка Image Removedиспользуется, чтобы скрыть символы ключа при вводе, независимо от его формата.

  RADIUS Profile – параметр позволяет выбрать созданный ранее профиль RADIUS-сервера, если используется режим безопасности Enterprise, а также позволяет создать и настроить новый профиль.
  Возможные значения для названия профиля: строка до 235 символов. By default: отсутствует.

  Для того чтобы создать и настроить новый профиль RADIUS, необходимо в раскрывающемся списке выбрать пункт «Создать новый RADIUS профиль».

  • if Clear-Text key format is selected, the key is specified as a string of 8 to 63 characters
  • if Encrypted key format is selected, the key hash is set using sha512 algorithm with a string of 16 to 126 characters.
  The icon Image Added is used to hide the key characters as you type, regardless of its format.

• RADIUS Profile – parameter allows selection of a previously created RADIUS server profile if Enterprise security mode is used, and also allows creation and configuration of a new profile.
  Possible values: string up to 235 characters. By default: none.

• Band Steer Mode – переключатель активирует на точках доступа функцию приоритетного подключения двухдиапазонных беспроводных клиентов к сети в 5 ГГц– switch enables the access points to prioritize the connection of dual-band wireless clients to a 5 GHz network. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled.
  

  Примечание
  Для работы функции необходимо, чтобы в профиле SSID были включены оба диапазонаFor the function to work, both bands must be enabled in the SSID profile:  2.4 ГГц и 5 ГГц4 GHz and 5 GHz.

  
  

• VLAN ID – идентификатор VLAN, с которого будет сниматься метка при передаче трафика Wi-Fi клиентам, подключенным к данному SSID. При прохождении трафика в обратную сторону на нетегированный трафик от клиентов будет навешиваться метка VLAN ID (при отключенном режиме VLAN Trunk)VLAN ID from which the tag will be removed when Wi-Fi traffic is transmitted to clients connected to this SSID. The VLAN ID tag (when VLAN Trunk is not activated) will be applied to untagged traffic from clients when traffic flows in the opposite direction. Possible values: 1–4094. By default: disabled.

The advanced settings section is located at the bottom of the page and its parameters are hidden by default. To access the advanced settings, use the button  Image Added.

Image AddedThe page contains the following parameters:

• Broadcast SSID – switch allows enabling or disabling SSID broadcasting. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: enabled;
• Client Stations Limit – с помощью параметра включается и задается ограничение максимального количества клиентских устройств, которые могут подключиться к виртуальной точке доступа parameter enables and sets the limit of the maximum number of client devices that can connect to the virtual AP. Possible values: 1–64. By default: limit is disabled;
• Client Stations Isolation – переключатель активирует изоляцию трафика между клиентами в пределах одной виртуальной точки доступа switch enables isolation of traffic between clients within the same virtual AP. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
• 802.11kv Support – переключатель управляет поддержкой стандартов – switch controls support for 802.11k/v  на виртуальной точке доступа. Pstandards on the virtual AP. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
• 802.11r Support – переключатель управляет поддержкой стандарта 802.11r на виртуальной точке доступа. Настройка доступна только при режимах безопасности:  switch controls support for the 802.11r standard on the virtual AP. The setting is available only for WPA2, WPA3, WPA2/WPA3, WPA2-Enterprise, WPA3-Enterprise, WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise security modes. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
• PMKSA Caching – переключатель управляет включением кэширования информации о подключении Enterprise-клиента. При включении данной функции точка доступа запоминает клиентское устройство после авторизации на 12 часов и не требует повторной аутентификации на RADIUS-сервере при подключении в течение этого времени. Включение данной функции сокращает время роуминга при возвращении клиента на точку в режиме WPA Enterprise. Настройка доступна только при режимах безопасности Enterprise switch controls whether caching of Enterprise client connection information is enabled. When enabled, the access point remembers the client device after authorization for 12 hours and does not require re-authentication to the RADIUS server when connecting during this time. Enabling this feature reduces roaming time when the client returns to the AP in WPA Enterprise mode. The setting is available only in Enterprise security modes. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
• Check Signal – переключатель позволяет включить или выключить периодическую проверку сигнала switch enables or disables the periodic signal check. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
  
• Check Signal Timeout, s – параметр определяет время, через которое будет производиться периодическая проверка сигнала parameter defines the time after which the periodic signal check will be performed. Possible values: 1-300 seconds. By default: 10 seconds. Настройка доступна при включенной проверке уровня сигнала The setting is available when the signal level check is enabled;
• Minimal Signal Level, dBm – пороговое значение RSSI, при достижении которого точка доступа будет отключать клиента от виртуальной точки доступа– RSSI threshold value at which the AP will disconnect the client from the virtual AP. Possible values: from -100 to -1 dBm. By default: -100 dBm. Настройка доступна при включенной проверке уровня сигнала This setting is available when signal strength checking is enabled;
• Roaming Signal Level, dBm – уровень RSSI, при достижении которого будет срабатывать роуминг. Параметр должен быть выше, чем «Минимальный уровень сигнала».  RSSI level at which roaming will be triggered. The parameter must be higher than the “Minimum Signal Level”. Possible values: from -100 to -1 dBm. By default: -100 dBm. Настройка доступна при включенной проверке уровня сигнала The setting is available when signal strength checking is enabled;
• VLAN trunk Mode – переключатель позволяет включить передачу тегированного трафика клиенту– switch allows enabling the transmission of tagged traffic to the client. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
• General VLAN Mode – переключатель управляет возможностью передачи нетегированного трафика клиенту совместно с тегированным. Настройка доступна только при включенном режиме транковой передачи VLANswitch controls the ability to transmit untagged traffic to the client together with tagged traffic. The setting is available only when VLAN trunking mode is enabled. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled;
  
• General VLAN ID – переключатель активирует использование switch enables the use of General VLAN ID. Настройка доступна только при включенном режиме транковой передачи VLAN и передаче нетегированного трафика. В режиме транковой передачи с одного указанного VLAN ID будет сниматься метка и трафик этого VLAN пройдет на клиента без тега. При прохождении трафика в обратную сторону на нетегированный трафик будет навешиваться метка General VLAN IDThe setting is available only when VLAN trunking mode is enabled and untagged traffic is transmitted. In trunking mode, one specified VLAN ID will be untagged and the traffic of this VLAN will pass to the client without tagging. When traffic passes in the reverse direction, the General VLAN ID will be tagged on the untagged traffic. Possible values: 0–4094. By default: disabled;
  
• Priority Type – выбор способа приоритизации. Определяет поля из заголовков пакетов, на основании которого трафик, передающий в радиоинтерфейс, будет распределяться по очередям WMMtype of prioritization. Defines the fields from the packet headers, based on which the traffic transmitted to the radio interface will be allocated to the WMM queues. By default: 802.1p. Possible values:
  • 802.1p – будет анализироваться приоритет из поля – analyze the priority from the CoS (Class of Service) тегированных пакетовfield of the tagged packets;
  • DSCP – будет анализироваться приоритет из поля DSCP заголовка IP-пакета. При этом если значение DSCP в тегированных кадрах равно 0, то анализироваться будет приоритет из поля analyze the priority from the DSCP field of the IP packet header. If the DSCP value in tagged frames is 0, the priority from the CoS (Class of Service) field will be analyzed.
• VLAN Priority –  приоритет второго уровня, который будет назначаться на пакеты, приходящие от клиента, подключенного к данному SSID, и передаваться далее в проводную сеть Layer 2 priority, which will be assigned to packets coming from a client connected to this SSID and forwarded on to the wired network. Possible values:

  • auto – приоритет, указанный в заголовке пакета не будет изменен;

  • значения от 0 до 7, которые будут установлены, независимо от приоритета в поступившем пакете.  

  Local Switching – активирует функцию local-switching, клиентский трафик не будет туннелироваться для данного SSID, если используется схема с туннелированием

  • – priority specified in the packet header will not be changed;

  • values from 0 to 7, which will be set regardless of the priority in the incoming packet.

• Local Switching – activates the local-switching feature, client traffic will not be tunneled for this SSID if a tunneled scheme is used. Possible values: enabled/disabled. By default: disabled.
  

После настройки параметров сохраните, а затем примените и подтвердите изменения конфигурации с помощью соответствующих кнопок. При необходимости отмените изменения и удалите их с помощью кнопок «Сбросить» and "After setting the parameters, save and then apply and confirm the configuration changes using the corresponding buttons. If necessary, cancel the changes and delete them using the buttons "Delete" and "Rollback".

Данные профили позволяют управлять доступом к ТД, настраивать пароль и управлять сервисами This page shows the AP settings profiles available in the configuration. To create AP profile use the "Create Profile" . Откроется окно с предложением создать профиль со стандартными настройками и сгенерированным названием, которое можно изменить самостоятельно. После нажатия кнопки «Сохранить» откроется страница профиля для настройки параметров. При необходимости отмены создания нового профиля, используйте кнопку «Отмена».

Пароль является обязательным параметром и должен быть задан при создании профиля «Настройки ТД». Остальные параметры при отсутствии изменений будут созданы со значениями по умолчанию.
