Creating a trunk group

  1. Go to the "Call routing" → "TrunkGroups" menu.

  2. Click the button.

  3. Fill in the "Title" field. Specify a name that describes the purpose of the route you are creating. 

  4. Click the "Apply" button.

Creating a SIP interface

  1. Go to the "Call routing" → "SIP interfaces" menu.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Go to the "SIP Interface settings" tab.
  4. Fill in the following fields:
    1. "Title" – a name that describes the purpose of the SIP interface you are creating
    2. "TrunkGroup" – select the trunk group created earlier
    3. "Hostname/IP address" – specify the IP address or FQDN of the other party
    4. "Remote SIP port" – change if a non-standard port is used
    5. "Local SIP port" – change if you need to use a non-standard port
    6. "SIP domain" – specify if a specific SIP domain needs to be substituted for outgoing communications
  5. If necessary, select "Network interface for SIP" and "Network interface for RTP"
  6. Click the "Apply" button
