1. Go to the “TCP/IP settings” → “Network interfaces” menu.
  2. Select line No. 1 “Management” with a mouse click.
  3. Click the “Edit” button.
    4. Change the following fields if necessary:
    1. Network label;
    2. IP address;
    3. Network mask;
    4. Gateway

      The management interface is not connected to the other Ethernet interfaces of the device. If management is not performed from the same subnet where the management interface is located, the gateway must be specified and accessible.

5. Select the services that should run on this interface.


ATTENTION! These changes must be confirmed immediately. Make sure you have network connectivity to the specified network.

If the changes are not confirmed, all network settings changes made after the last configuration was written to Flash memory will be canceled after 60 seconds.

6. Click the “Apply” button. After clicking the button, SMG will change the IP address. The interface at the old address will stop responding. You must immediately proceed to step 7 of these instructions.

7. Log in to the web interface using the new IP address.

8. Click the “Confirm” button in the pop-up window.
