There are three types of journals in the system:
- Common — system-wide events;
- Passages — events of workers passes through the passage points;
- Time tracking — worker time tracking.
To enter the Common journal, click on the journal icon in the left side menu, select Common.
The journal contains all workers passes through the access points.
The page has the following filters:
- Full name;
- Period;
- Pass number;
- In location;
- Out location;
- Identifier.
Downloading a report
To generate a report in csv format, click on the Download report button in the right corner of the screen.
The report will be downloaded to your computer through your browser according to the selected filter.
