Any cameras with an RTSP link.
Eltex cameras are also available.
Question: Can a video recorder be added?
This feature is not available in version 1.5. An Eltex video recorder is currently in development.
Video surveillance
Question: Is it possible to allocate a specific amount of storage space for the camera’s archive (quota)?
This feature is not available in version 1.5; storage is limited only by the number of recording days.
Question: What is the recording format and resolution for the archive? Which stream is used for recording?
Recording to the archive is done from the main stream with the specifications indicated in the camera.
Video analytics
Question: Which graphics card should I choose for video analytics?
It depends on your requirements. To calculate the system configuration, please contact technical support with a request.
Question: Can I use a virtual machine for video analytics?
The video analytics system requires a graphics card.
For video analytics to work, the system must recognize the video card’s video driver. Without it, video analytics cannot be launched.
To operate in a virtual environment, the hypervisor must support hardware forwarding for PCI/PCI-E devices, including the video card.
Compatibility with virtualization does not guarantee stable operation of the video analytics module.
Question: Which graphics card driver should I use?
The minimum required graphics card driver version is 570. It is recommended to always use the latest graphics driver.

Question: At what maximum distance from the camera can an employee’s face be detected and recognized?
The face recognition analytics feature has the following parameters:
- Face size in the frame;
- Sensitivity;
- Intent-to-pass threshold;
- Face recognition threshold.
Under normal operating conditions, the recommended maximum distance from the camera to the face for passing through a turnstile or door is 25–45 cm. However, it is possible to configure the analytics to recognize faces from up to 4 meters away depending on your requirements, but in such cases, recognition accuracy is reduced.
