Archive type on the timeline
The types of entries and the way they are displayed on the timeline are listed below.
Permanent recording
A solid orange line indicates the presence of a video recording.
Movement record
Orange fragments indicate the presence of video recordings.
Archive navigation
Navigation elements from left to right:
- Back — exit archive view mode;
- Cursor — cursor mode for navigating the timeline;
- Save fragment — cursor mode for selecting a segment to save the video;
- Screenshot — saving an image from broadcast or archive;
- Quick camera switching — switching between cameras;
- Playback speed — select the archive playback speed: 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x;
- Previous event — move to the previous fragment of the recording;
- Pause/Play — single button for pausing and playing the archive;
- Next event — transition to the next fragment of the recording;
- Time — the current time in the player;
- Live — button to switch from the archive to the live broadcast;
- Select date — button to open the calendar and select the date for which to display the archive;
- Analytics — enable/disable face detection by analytics when viewing the archive;
- Motion display — enable/disable highlighting of moving objects when viewing the archive;
- Switch archive connection mode — archive mode changes (HTTP/WebRTC);
- PTZ control — button to call up the camera control panel via ONVIF;
- Minutes — timeline scale.
